A top class field including American Steve Stricker, who won the opening event (the Hyundai Tournament of Champions) in Hawaii on Monday. Stricker, is a 'streaky' player and it will be interesting to see if he can record back-to-back PGA Tour victories in Hawaii.
I have been closely following the fortunes of two very talented young golfers - Tommy Fleetwood of England, who I feel can win the European Tour Rookie of the Year award and win in his debut season this side of the pond. On the other side of the pond, I have very high hopes for Danny Lee from New Zealand. It will be interesting to see how Danny performs in Hawaii this week.
It's great to see tour golf back in full flow both sides of the pond!
